If You Fail To Plan You Plan To Fail: Great way to deal with conflict professional or personally

About myself

My name is Tanisha Thompson and I am 20 years young, I am currently working as a Playworker at a primary school, a Nursery Nurse at a Nursery and a Youth Worker all based in Surrey. I have done a lot of training regarding my work with children and young people including Parental Substance Misuse and its effect on Children, Assessing Significant Harm, Basic Child Protection Awareness, First Aid training and Positive and Assertiveness training.
I have been working since I was sixteen and my first job was in Secombe Theatre which is in Sutton, Surrey.
I have recently graduated with a Foundation Degree in Performing Arts at Middlesex University, where I learnt many of the skills I gain today that I use on a day to day bases.
Before attending Middlesex Uni I was at Carshalton College, where I learnt many different types of Dance styles, including Jazz, Tap, Street Dance, Musical Theatre, Contemporary and Physical Theatre. I enjoyed my two years at Carshalton immensely and whilst at college I learnt how to manage and prioritise the theory side to the course. I think my qualities are that I am honest, reliable and a hard working individual who takes pride in all tasks I set out to do. I have great time keeping skills and have a very positive attitude towards my work.
I am keen to get started on the written work within the Professional Practice (Work based learning) course and even though I might find it challenging at times I am looking forward to the next year and a half and the new exciting challenges that the course might throw at me along the way. I am also undertaking an NVQ at work which is nearly completed and this is why it is important for me to get started with the written work on this course.
In the little spare time I get to myself I enjoy going to the theatre with friends, attending Yoga and Zumba classes and working out at the gym
